A Day of Rest

Yesterday’s activity ensured that today would be a more restful one. One could say that a more rested day has been imposed upon me, as I listen carefully to my body!

This morning’s sole activity, whilst Helen was out at Chapel, was feeding the fish in the garden pond, followed by a short period observing the Ringlet butterflies at the wilder end of the garden, I even struggled to take one or two snaps of these beautiful creatures as they rested.

The pleasure we receive, from the garden and the pond, far outweighs any effort we put into its management.
